    6 large onions or enough to make about 6 cups sliced
    2 Tbsp olive oil

    Slice the onions (peeled) 1/4 inch thick and put them in a crock
    pot. Drizzle the olive oil over, cover and set the cooker on high
    for 8-10 hours.
