Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

24 oz pkg loose-pack frozen hash brown potatoes with onions and peppers
2 cups diced fully cooked ham
2 oz jar diced pimiento, drained
1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
3/4 cup milk
In a 3 1/2, 4, or 5-quart crockery cooker, combine frozen hash
brown potatoes, ham, pimiento, parsley, and pepper.
In a medium bowl, combine the soup and the milk; pour over the
potato mixture in the crockery cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW setting for 7 to 9 hours, or on HIGH setting
for 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Stir before serving.
