    Crock Pot BBQ Pork Chops

    2-4 lbs pork chops
    1 bottle BBQ sauce
    4-5 carrots

    Slice carrots very thinly. Place in bottom of crockpot. Layer
    pork chops with BBQ between layers. Pour rest of sauce in. Cook
    on low 8 hours.
