Crockpot Cube Steak and Gravy

List of Ingredients



• 2 lb. cube steak
  
• salt and pepper
  
• flour ( for dredging)
  
• 1 pkg. onion gravy mix
  
• 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  
• 2c. water
  






Instructions



1. Salt and pepper the steak to your liking, then dredge in the flour.
   
2. Fry steak until brown. Place in crockpot; add water, soup and gravy mix.
   
3. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
