Crockpot Potatoes II

List of Ingredients
- 5 lb. potatoes
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 3c. cheddar cheese
- 1/2c. milk
Instructions
- Boil potatoes in skins until partially cooked. Cool, peel and grate.
- Divide into 3 equal portions. In crockpot put a layer of potatoes, salt and pepper, 1/2 stick butter, cut into pats, 1c. cheese.
- Repeat layers. Pour milk over this. Cook on med. for 2 1/2 hours.
- The last 1/2 hour put on high.
