    Golfer's Beef Stew

    Mike Roy's Crock Cookery/1975

    2 pounds beef stew meat, cut in chunks
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 package dried onion soup mix
    1 cup Burgundy wine

    1 Stir ingredients together in crock cooker. Cover and cook at low for 9 to 10 hours. serve with hot rice or noodles.
