HAM AND CHEESE POTATO IN CROCKPOT

6 slices cooked ham
6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 can Campbell Cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
1 pkg. scallop potato seasoning
1 c. warm water
Slice potatoes in bowl and cup of water and 1/4 teaspoon cream of
tartar. (This prevents potatoes from turning brown.) Cover, shake
then drain. Line crockpot with a layer of potatoes, onions, then
ham, repeat until ingredients are used. Mix scallop mixture with
warm water, until dissolved. Pour over potatoes and ham. Spread
soup over the top evenly. Cook on low approximately 6-8 hours or
until desired tenderness.
