6 chicken breast halves WO skin
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
1/4 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 med piece fresh ginger root,thinly sliced
1 lime, juice of
3 TBS cornstarch
Mix all ingredients (except chicken) in a bowl. Add chicken; coat
well and put it all in a crockpot. Cook 5-6 hours on low. Serve
with rice
