North-Of-The-Border Pozole

2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into strips
4 pork steaks, cut into strips
15 oz can hominy, drained
1 small onion, chopped
4 oz can diced green chiles, drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
Sliced radishes
Chopped cilantro
Combine chicken, pork, hominy, onions, chiles, salt, pepper, and
chili powder in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low about 4 hours.
Spoon into a serving bowl; sprinkle with sliced radishes and chopped
cilantro.
