QUICK VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP

1 lb. ground beef
1 can beef broth
1 1/4 cups water
1 pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 can tomatoes, undrained, cut up
1 can condensed tomato soup with Italian herbs
1 Tbsp. dried minced onion
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
In a large skillet, cook beef till brown; drain. Transfer meat to
crockpot. Add beef broth, water, frozen vegetables, undrained
tomatoes, tomato soup, onion, and garlic powder. Cover; cook on
LOW setting for 7 to 8 hours, or on HIGH setting for 4 hours.
