    Slow-cooked barbecued pork on buns

    3 pound boneless pork roast, trimmed of fat, cut into thin strips
    3/4 c chopped onions
    1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
    1/4 c cornstarch
    2 tsp dry mustard
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 c ketchup
    2 T worcestershire sauce
    18 sandwich buns, split

    In slow cooker, combine all ingredients except buns; mix well.
    Cover; cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or till pork is tender. Spoon
    about 1/3 c. pork mixture into each sandwich bun. Makes 18
    sandwiches
