List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2lb. stew beef, cut into small pieces
  
• 1 med. onion, diced
  
• 4 large carrots, chopped
  
• 4 large potatoes, sliced
  
• 1/2t. lemon pepper
  
• 1/2t. salt
  
• 1t. sugar
  
• 1T. cornstarch
  
• 1(12 oz) can V-8 juice
  






Instructions



1. Place stew meat in bottom of crockpot. Layer onions, carrots, potatoes, on top of beef.
   
2. Sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt, sugar, and cornstarch. Pour V-8 over everything.
   
3. Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours.
