Swedish Meatballs II

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2t. minced garlic
- 3T. milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/2t. pepper
- 1/2t. garlic salt
- 3/4c. Italian bread crumbs
- 1t.steak sauce
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. egg noodles
- 2c. water
Instructions
- In medium bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, milk, egg, bread crumbs, steak sauce, salt, pepper and garlic salt.
- Mix well. Shape into 1/2 inch balls. Brown until done. Turn often.
- Place in crockpot. In same pan combine soup, 2c. water and bouillon.
- Using a whisk, mix until combined and no lumps. Heat to simmer then pour in crockpot.
- Cook on high about 3 hours. Turn down to low and cook 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
- Cook noodles according to pkg. directions. Serve meatballs and gravy over noodles.
