    4 whole chicken breasts, boned and skinned
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    1 cup Catalina dressing

    Put all ingredients into slow-cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.

    Shred chicken and pour chicken with sauce over rice.
