    • 2C. MILK
    • 1/4C. MELTED BUTTER
    • 4 EGGS
    • 1t. VANILLA
    • 1C. FIRMLY PACKED BROWN SUGAR
    • 1/2C. BISQUICK
    • 1/2C. FLAKED COCONUT


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL BUT COCONUT IN BLENDER.
    2. BLEND HIGH SPEED FOR 15 SECONDS OR UNTIL BLENDED.
    3. POUR INTO GREASED PIE PLATE.
    4. SPRINKLE COCONUT ON TOP.
    5. BAKE AT 350 FOR 40-45 MINS.
    6. COOL.
