    Chocolate Coconut Pecan Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 3c. sugar
    • 7T. cocoa
    • 1 stick butter, melted
    • 4 eggs
    • 1t. vanilla
    • 2c. flaked coconut
    • dash salt
    • 1 large can evaporated milk
    • 1c. chopped pecans


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into unbaked pie shells.
    2. Bake at 350 for 40 mins.
    3. Makes: 3 (9 inch pies)
