Chocolate Cupcakes /Peanut Butter Cups

List of Ingredients



• 7 oz. milk chocolate
  
• 3/4c. butter
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 1 1/3c. sugar
  
• 4 eggs
  
• 1c. flour
  
• 12 mini peanut butter cups
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Line muffin pan with cups.
   
2. Melt chocolate and butter together. Stir in vanilla.
   
3. In separate bowl combine sugar, unbeaten eggs, flour.
   
4. Stir in chocolate mixture. Fill cups 1/2 full. Place peanut butter cup in center of each and top with remaining batter.
   
5. Bake 20-25 minutes.
