    Coconut Pie

    1 C sugar
    1/4 C melted butter
    2 T flour
    3 beaten eggs
    1 t vanilla extract
    1 C buttermilk
    1 C flake coconut
    9" pie crust, fluted and unbaked

    Heat oven to 300F. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into pie
    crust and bake for one hour. Cool before serving.
