    List of Ingredients


    • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
    • 1/4c. milk
    • 1/4c. margarine, melted
    • 1/2t. peppermint extract
    • 1/4t. green food coloring
    • 1 (10oz) jar marshmallow
    • 2c. heavy whipping cream


    Instructions


    1. Mix half crushed cookies with margarine and line 4x8 inch pan.
    2. Mix milk with marshmallow, add extract and coloring.Fold in whipping cream.
    3. Pour in pan over cookie crust. Use remainder of cookies of top. Freeze.
