List of Ingredients



• 1 1/2c. sugar
  
• 1t. baking soda
  
• 2c. all purpose flour
  
• 2 eggs
  
• 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  
• 1c. chopped walnuts
  
• 3/4c. flaked coconut
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease one 9x13 pan.
   
2. In large bowl, mix sugar, soda, and flour by hand.
   
3. Mix in eggs, pineapple with juice. Stir in nuts and coconut.
   
4. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 mins. Cool on wire rack.
