Had this at work one day. Great to go with your coffee.


List of Ingredients




1 yellow cake mix with pudding in the mix
3/4c. oil
4 eggs
8oz. sour cream
1/2c. brown sugar
1T. cinnamon
1t. vanilla
2T. milk
1c. powdered sugar


Recipe



Preheat oven to 325. Mix first 4 ingredients by hand. Pour half of batter mix into floured 13x9 cake pan. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle over top of batter. Top with remaining batter and swirl with spoon or spautla. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove cake and poke holes in the top with a fork. Mix vanilla, milk, and powdered sugar together to form the glaze. Pour over top while cake is still warm.
