    Miniature Cheesecakes

    From the kitchen of Krissy
    2 eggs
    2 large packages of cream cheese
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    vanilla wafer cookies
    1 can of pie filling (your choice of flavor)


    Combine eggs, cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until creamy. Put one vanilla wafer in a cupcake liner in a muffin tin. Top with wafer with cream cheese mixture and pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
