• 1c. sugar
  
• 1 stick soft butter
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1t. vinegar
  
• 1/2 c. walnuts
  
• 1/2c. raisins
  
• 1/2c. coconut
  
• 1T. dark rum
  






Instructions



1. Beat sugar, butter, and eggs until smooth. Blend in vinegar and rum.
   
2. Stir in nuts, coconut and raisins. Place in pie crust and bake 50 mins. at 325.
