    Peach Crunch Pie

    3/4 cup sugar
    1/4 cup flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 cups peaches, sliced
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 cup sifted flour
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup cold butter
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, peach and lemon juice.
    Turn peach mixture into pastry shell (9 inch, unbaked). Dot with
    2 Tbsp butter.

    Combine with pastry blender the flour, sugar, and butter. Stir in
    pecans.

    Sprinkle this topping mixture over peaches. Cut foil circle to
    fit top of pie and bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove foil
    and bake 15 minutes longer.
