    List of Ingredients


    • 1c. roasted peanuts, chopped and divided
    • 1c. all purpose flour
    • 1/2c. butter, softened
    • 1(8oz) pkg. cream cheese
    • 1c. confectioners sugar
    • 1(4.5oz) frozen whipped topping
    • 1(3oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 1(3oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
    • 2 3/4 c. milk
    • 1(9oz) frozen whipped topping
    • 1oz. chocolate, grated


    Instructions


    1. Layer one: In small bowl, thoroughly mix 2/3c. peanuts, flour and softened butter. Press into bottom of 8x12 baking dish.
    2. Bake 20 mins. at 350.
    3. Layer two: Cream peanut butter and cream cheese. Add sugar and mix well. Fold in 4 1/2 oz. frozen whipped topping. Spread over cooled layer one.
    4. Layer three: Mix puddings with milk until thickened. Spread over layer two.
    5. Layer four: Top with 9oz. frozen whipped topping. Sprinkle with chocolate and 1/3c. peanuts.
    6. Chill 2-3 hours.
