    Pig Lickin' Good Cake

    Cake
    1 pkg yellow cake mix
    4 eggs
    1 can mandarin oranges and juice
    1/2 cup oil


    Mix all ingredients together and pour into two 9-inch layer pans.
    Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated 325 degree F. oven.

    Topping
    1 large bowl Cool Whip
    1 medium can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix


    Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
    Spread between the layers and on top and sides of cake.
    Refrigerate before serving
