List of Ingredients



• Cake:
  
• 1 box yellow cake mix
  
• 1 (11oz) can mandarin oranges with juice
  
• 1/2c. oil
  
• 4 eggs
  
• Frosting:
  
• 1 (3oz) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  
• 1(8oz) carton Cool Whip
  
• 1(16oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  
• 1c. chopped pecans
  






Instructions



1. For cake: Mix everything together except oranges. Add oranges (including juice) and mix until oranges are broken into small pieces.
   
2. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans and bake at 350 for 30 mins.
   
3. For frosting: Mix all 4 ingredients together and spread on cake, putting a little extra between layers.
   
4. Keep refrigerated.
