    Strawberry Shortcake Sundae

    1 tube Pillsbury Biscuits
    1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt
    2 lbs. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced about 1 cm thick
    sugar

    Bake biscuits according to package directions.As biscuits are
    baking, make strawberry sauce - take about 1/3 of all of your sliced
    strawberries and mash them with a fork or other utensil until saucy
    but still with some texture. Add sugar to taste.Stir remaining
    sliced strawberries into the sauce.

    As soon as the biscuits emerge from the oven, split them in half.
    Put the bottom half of the biscuit on a plate. Top with scoop of
    vanilla ice cream. Immediately top with strawberries in sauce,
    and place the top half of the biscuit on top of everything. Serve
    right away. It is important that the ice cream be cold, and the
    biscuits warm and crunchy.
