List of Ingredients



• 4 eggs, separated
  
• 1 1/2c. sugar
  
• 3c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  
• 1/2c. softened butter
  
• 2c. milk
  
• 2t. vanilla
  
• 1t. nutmeg
  
• 1 1/2t. cinnamon
  
• 2-9inch unbaked pie shells
  






Instructions



1. Beat egg yolks until thick. Gradually add sugar, mix well.
   
2. Add next 6 ingredients and mix well.
   
3. Beat room temp. egg whites until stiff peaks form; fold into sweet potato mixture.
   
4. Pour into pie shells and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until set.
