    3 large carrots
    5 stalks celery
    1 granny smith apple
    Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise of choice)

    Procedures:
    1 Dice carrots, celery and apple;
    2 Mix with miracle whip;
    3 chill and serve.
    4 (you can also dice any crispy vegetable you have and add to salad)
