    • 4 large potatoes, sliced or diced
    • 6 large eggs
    • 6-8 sausage links
    • 1 med. onion, chopped
    • 1 green pepper, chopped
    • seasoned salt


    Instructions


    1. Skillet fry sausage, potatoes, onion, and green pepper.
    2. Season with salt to taste. Break eggs over skillet contents.
    3. Mix until eggs are done.
