    2 T minced onion
    1/4 c shredded cheese
    1 T butter
    8 hot dogs
    1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
    8 strips bacon
    1/8 t pepper
    toothpicks

    Recipe




    Saute onion in butter about 3 min. Add bread crumbs, cheese & pepper &
    mix. Split hot dogs lengthwise. Fill with stuffing mixture. Wrap each with bacon & secure on both ends with toothpicks. Grill until bacon is browned.
