Chili Dusted Pork Chops

- 4 boneless pork chops, center cut
- 2T. oil
- Seasoning:
- 1T. paprika
- 1/2t. ground cumin
- 1/4t. white pepper
- 1/4t. black pepper
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/4t. dry whole thyme leaves
- 1/2t. chili powder
Instructions
- Combine all seasonings together, mix well. Dust both sides of chops with seasoning mix and reserve.
- Heat a large cast iron skillet over med. heat or flame and add oil.
- Once the pan is heated and hot, add the chops. Cook for 10-14 mins. or until they have reached an internal temp. of 145 degrees.
- Also great grilled.
- Serves: 2-4
