    Fried Potatoes with Cheese

    List of Ingredients


    • 5-6 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
    • 2 large onions, chopped
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 3T. oil
    • 2t. garlic
    • 3 inch chunk Velveeta, cut up


    Instructions


    1. Cook potatoes in oil, in cast iron skillet, turning occasionally.
    2. Add onions, salt and pepper, continue cooking until potatoes are well browned.
    3. Add Velveeta and simmer about 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve.
