Jalapeno Cornbread

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2c. yellow corn meal
- 3t. baking powder
- 1/2t. salt
- 3 eggs
- 1c. buttermilk
- 1c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 1/2c. jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1/2c. corn oil
Instructions
- Sift first three ingredients together into mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients.
- Beat slightly. Pour into greased cast iron skillet. Bake in preheated 450 oven for 30-40 minutes or until done.
