    8-slices bacon

    1-pound sausage

    1-pound ground chuck

    2-medium onions

    4-green onions

    4-cloves garlic

    2-cans (8 ounce) tomato sauce

    1-can (28 ounce) tomatoes

    2-cans (15 ounce) kidney beans

    2-chili peppers

    2-tsp cumin

    2-tsp oregano

    2-tsp basil

    salt to taste

    Slice the sausage. Chop onions and chili peppers very fine. Crush garlic cloves. Cut up canned tomatoes. Fry bacon until crisp; set strips aside. Drain all but one tablespoon bacon drippings and fry Italian sausage, ground chuck, onions and garlic until brown. Drain. Crumble bacon and add to ground chuck mixture along with remaining ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
