    List of Ingredients

    2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash Classic Italiano Seasoning Blend
    14.5 Oz. (406g) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
    14.5 Oz. (406g) can low sodium chili style chunky tomatoes, undrained
    1/2 cup (120mL) chopped onion
    1/2 cup (120mL) chopped green bell pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. (22.5mL) chili powder
    1/4 cup (60mL) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese


    1. Combine all ingredients except cheddar cheese in large saucepan.

    2. Bring to a simmer; continue simmering covered for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    3. To serve, sprinkle cheese over individual servings
