    Bite Size Mound Candy Bars

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (3 1/2 oz) angel flake coconut
    • 2 (1lb) boxes powdered sugar
    • 1 1/2c. nut meats
    • 1t. vanilla
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk


    Instructions


    1. Mix ingredients by hand. Form into small balls. Lay on wax paper on a cookie sheet and refrigerate 1 1/2 hrs. or longer.
    2. Work best if frozen. Then melt in top of double broiler a 24 oz. pkg. of semisweet chocolate chips.
    3. Add 1/2 bar of paraffin wax. Pick balls up with a toothpick and dip each in chocolate.
    4. Keep refrigerated.
