    Recipe Introduction

This is one of my children's favorites. Always goes down very well. It's one of those recipes that I've never had a recipe for so you may have to add more flour or Italian bread crumbs.

    List of Ingredients

    Sirloin Steak (1 pound)
    garlic powder
    salt
    pepper
    Season All
    3 eggs (beaten)
    2 cups of milk
    3 cups of flour
    1/2 carton Italian bread crumbs
    oil or grease for frying

    Recipe

Cut the steak into 1/2 inch thick strips and pound with a meat pounder until flat.

Dip each piece of meat into the milk and then flour.

Season your meat now with the garlic powder, salt, pepper and season all (you dont have to use these all--but I do).

Dip the strips of meat into the egg and then roll in the bread crumbs.

Fry a few minutes, til done.

Drain on paper towel and serve:)

    Enjoy!
