    Frankfurter Casserole

    1 (5oz) pkg fine noodles
    2 tbl butter or bacon dripping
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, minced
    4-6 frankfurters, sliced in 1/2" rounds
    1/4 lb sharp cheese
    1 can condensed tomato soup salt and pepper to taste



    1 Cook noodles in boiling, salted water. Brown onion, pepper and frankfurters. Add soup and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add drained noodles and bake in 350 F. oven 25 minutes.
