    Scrambled Eggs and Corn

    3 eggs
    1/4 cup canned corn (or cooked frozen or fresh)
    1 slice American Cheese
    Black pepper to taste (if desired)

    Recipe




    ADULT: Break eggs into medium-size bowl.
    CHILD: Stir with a fork until blended. Measure and add corn.
    CHILD: Spray a small pan with non-stick spray
    ADULT: Put over medium heat. Add egg mixture. Stir up with spatula or spoon. Add cheese when eggs are almost done cooking. Eggs should not be runny and cheese should melt. Add pepper if desired.
