    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 med. onion, sliced
    • 1/2 med. green pepper, sliced
    • 2T. butter
    • 1 (10 1/2oz) can condensed tomato rice soup
    • 1/3 to 1/2 c. water
    • 1/8t. whole thyme
    • 6 cooked hamburgers


    Instructions


    1. For sauce, cook onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
    2. Add soup, water, and thyme. Cook over low heat 10 mins. stirring often.
    3. Serve over sizzling hamburgers.
    4. Makes about 1 2/3 c. sauce
