List of Ingredients
- 1 med. onion, thinly sliced
- 2T. butter
- 1 (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2c. milk
- 1t. worcestershire
- 1c. cubed cooked pork
- 1c. cubed cooked potatoes (about 2 med.)
- 1/2c. cooked peas
- dash pepper
Instructions
- Cook onion in butter until lightly browned. Blend in soup, milk, and worcestershire.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat 10 mins. Stir often.
- Servings: 3-4
