    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. ground beef
    • 1/4c. dry bread crumbs
    • 1/4c. minced onion
    • 1 egg, slightly beaten
    • 1/4t. salt
    • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed Cheddar cheese, cream of celery or mushroom soup
    • 1/2 c. water
    • 2T. chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, egg, and salt.
    2. Shape into 24 meatballs. In skillet, brown meatballs; pour off drippings.
    3. Stir in soup, water, and parsley. Cover; cook over low heat 20 mins. Stir often.
    4. Makes: 4 servings.
