Spanish Beef and Rice

List of Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 3c. chopped onion
- 1c. chopped green pepper
- 5 cans condensed tomato soup
- 2 1/2 soup cans water
- 2T. vinegar
- 1t. salt
- 1t. Worcestershire
- 1 bay leaf
- 8c. cooked rice
Instructions
- Brown beef and cook onion and green pepper until vegetables are tender.
- Stir to separate meat particles. Mix in remaining ingredients except rice.
- Simmer a few minutes to blend flavors. Remove bay leaf; add cooked rice. Pour mixture into baking pan.
- Bake in a 400 oven 30 mins. or until bubbling.
