Recipe Introduction


This is one of my family's favorits desserts.





List of Ingredients



• First layer:
  
• 2c. graham cracker crumbs
  
• 1/2c. sugar
  
• 1 stick melted butter
  
• Mix and spread in bottom of 11x14 inch casserole
  
• Second layer:
  
• 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  
• 1 stick softened butter
  
• 1-1 lb. box powdered sugar
  
• Beat with mixer for 10 minutes, spread over crumbs
  
• Third layer:
  
• slice 2-3 bananas over sugar mixture.
  
• Fourth layer:
  
• Spread 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, over banana layer.
  
• Fifth layer:
  
• Spread 1 large or 2 small cartons Cool Whip over pineapple
  
• Sixth layer:
  
• Sprinkle chopped pecans and maraschino cherries over all.
  
• Chill
