1 box yellow cake mix

3 small pkgs. instant coconut pudding

4 cups milk

8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese

1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained

2 cups whipped cream or Cool Whip

2 cups toasted coconut


Recipe




Prepare cake mix according to directions on box. Butter and flour two 9 X 13-inch pans. Pour half of batter in each cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Cool. In a bowl, add the 3 boxes of pudding with 4 cups of milk. Beat several minutes. Add cheese and beat again. Add drained pineapple. Pour on top of cake. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle toasted coconut over top and refrigerate.
