Honeybear Brownies

- 1/3c. butter
- 3/4c. sugar
- 1/2c. honey
- 2T. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2c. flour
- 1/2t. salt
- 1/3c. cocoa
- 1c. chopped walnuts
- Creamy Brownie Frosting:
- 3T. cocoa
- 3/4t. vanilla
- 1c. confectioners sugar
- 1T. milk
- 1T. honey
Instructions
- To make brownies: cream butter and sugar in small mixing bowl. Blend in honey and vanilla.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, salt and cocoa.
- Gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 9x9x2 inch pan.
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Cool. Frost with creamy brownie frosting.
- To make frosting: Cream butter and cocoa in small mixing bowl. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar.
- Blend in milk and honey. Beat until mixture reaches spreading consistency.
- Spread on brownies.
