List of Ingredients



• 1/4c. butter
  
• 1/2c. sugar
  
• 2 eggs, separated
  
• 2t. baking powder
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 1c. flour, all purpose
  
• 1c. pecans, broken
  
• 1/4c. milk
  
• 1t. vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Cream the butter with the sugar, beat in the egg yolks. Whip the egg whites stiff.
   
2. Sift the baking powder, salt and flour together then the flour into creamed mixture with the egg whites.
   
3. Stir in the nuts, milk and vanilla. Drop teaspoon sizes onto a buttered pastry sheet.
   
4. Bake 10-12 minutes in a 350 oven.
   
5. Makes: 2 1/2 dozen
