    • 2t. salt
    • 2t. pepper
    • 1/2c. cider vinegar
    • 2/3c. ketchup
    • 2/3c. chopped onion
    • 2/3c. sugar


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend at medium speed till onion is pureed.
    2. Reduce speed to low and drizzle 1 scant cup canola oil very very slowly till emulsified.
    3. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 month.
